What counts as a valid exclusive alert

  1. 1.Street address on the permit
  2. 2.Permit type (mechanical, AC, heat, roof, or equivalent public label)
  3. 3.Filing or issue date
  4. 4.City
  5. 5.Source URL on a public permit desk
  6. 6.ZIP inside the agreed Hillsborough and Pinellas set
  7. 7.Not a duplicate of the same address and permit type delivered in the prior 30 days

A valid alert is a public permit record that meets those fields. It is not a booked job, a closed sale, or a ranking. The HVAC company decides whether to bid the work. We do not fabricate permits.
